Yes! If you’re enrolled in the “Unlimited Group Class” package, you can add bi-weekly private lessons for accelerating your learning. This is a great option for students who want extra guidance and focused practice on specific areas.

We understand that things come up. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a lesson without penalty. Missed lessons with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We offer both 45-minute and 60-minute private lessons to cater to your individual needs and preferences.

Your first lesson will be an assessment to determine your current skill level and musical goals. Your teacher will then design a personalized learning plan and introduce you to some basic concepts and exercises.

Absolutely not! Music has no age limit. Our teachers have experience working with adult beginners and can guide you towards achieving your musical aspirations.

Routine Maintenance: Minor damages under regular use.

Accidental damage and theft confirmed by Deer Musik: This applies if the instrument is stolen in a secure environment and a police report is submitted within 30 days of the theft.

The Liability Damage Waiver does not cover:Air transport or overseas travel without prior consent from Deer Musik. Theft or loss of the instrument in vehicles or in unsafe locations. Damage to the cello due to heat, weather, or other environmental factors. Intentional damage caused by you or anyone else (including scratches and dents). Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs.

• Your rental automatically renews, but you can easily cancel in your account.
• We’ll remind you two weeks before the end of your current period.
• Just return the instrument and accessories within seven days of cancellation.

• Absolutely! Switch to a different size instrument anytime.
• Remember to return the original instrument and accessories when switching.
